The first phase of our process is to review materials to familiarize ourselves with your organization and understand its goals, organizational structure and current organizational environment.  

The second phase involves conducting an organizational assessment, which would include focus groups and individual interviews with multiple stakeholders.  

The third phase consists of the creation of the strategic plan, which includes a data analysis, goals, objectives and actions steps. Compass facilitates the Strategic Planning Committee from the organization in this third phase. In addition, the strategic plan will include a measuring tool to ensure the completion of goals and can be used to hold your organization accountable for achieving the established goals.

It is important to also note that Compass upholds a strict confidentiality policy throughout the strategic planning process.  Although we will share themes and patterns with the Strategic Planning Committee, we will not provide actual transcripts from focus groups and/or interviews.
