Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Audit & Organizational Assessments
APPROACH:
Compass Consulting Services, LLC will conduct a diversity audit for the organization. Compass will review the various intricacies of the organization, including, but not limited to, assessing the make-up of the various constituencies, reviewing marketing strategies, and recruiting and retaining employees.
Compass will take a multi-methodology approach to conduct the audit. At the conclusion of the audit, Compass will provide the organization with a full report, including recommendations for improving its diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives within the organization. This audit will provide the information needed to create their diversity strategic plan
The creation or facilitation of the diversity plan by Compass can be included if requested in the original scope of work.

Note: To ensure the confidentiality of participants, direct transcribed interviews and focus group notes will not be provided to the organization. Due to the limited number of participants, specific percentages and responses of groups will not be shared for anonymity purposes. Information will be shared based on the themes which have emerged from the process, so individual identities will remain anonymous
