West Side Catholic Center has had the pleasure of attending three trainings facilitated by Dr. Tameka Taylor and associates of Compass Consulting. Dr. Taylor has conducted trainings for our organization on topics such as workplace ethics and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Taylor’s trainings continue to remain highly rated among staff. Feedback has shown that staff enjoy the interactive nature of these trainings and activities. Breakout activities have caused all to engage and interact with people they normally would not. Feedback, discussion, and the perspective of others is highly encouraged by Dr. Taylor during her trainings. Dr. Taylor has adjusted trainings to a Zoom format in order to meet our needs during this pandemic.
